Concept plans
The Concept plan is a Birdseye view of the property shown all the different landscaping elements such as lawn, paving, water, trees, shrubs, flowering plants etc. but will not provide any details on plants. De Concept plan will also include any necessary working drawings as may be required for any structures.
Furthermore written specifications are part of this plan as well.
To produce a Concept plan we will spend some time with you on site to go through a design brief.
This is a list of questions about your needs, wishes and desires and will give us the necessary information to provide you with a written quote for the required design work.
This Quote when accepted will become the written agreement between the parties.
After acceptance of the quote any existing site and/or house plans are reviewed. If these are not available the site boundaries, buildings as well as any existing features will be measured, and a site plan will be drawn up to scale. During this process, the site will be surveyed and any existing vegetation assessed.
The quote for the Concept plan will include a sketch plan, which will be discussed with the client, any changes will be made in accordance with the clients wishes after which the final Concept plan will be drawn.
This initial consultation for the Concept plan is free within the Christchurch City boundaries.
