Terms and Conditions

 

Our terms and conditions are written in the Design proposal, which is signed by both the designer and the client on acceptance of the quote.

Normally 1/3 deposit is required on acceptance of the quote, and the balance when the final plans are delivered.

No plans will be handed over until full payment has been made.

For large projects separate terms can be created between Landscape Impressions Ltd. and the client.

For project management and large projects a separate contract agreement will be required to be signed by both parties, and payments are normally asked for in installments as will be shown in the contract documentation.
